Completely independent building. The private entrance crosses a wonderful Roman arch made of bricks, with glass window and wrought-iron lock. It directly opens on a path leading to the swimming pool. Outside, on the left of the entrance, there is a wonderful private area delimited by a stone wall with seat, furnished with garden table and chairs. This independent farmhouse is really ancient and still shows some merlon-like worked stones. Closed to the arch-shaped entrance leading to the sitting room, there is an external staircase made of stone taking to the bedroom at the first floor. Climbing down two steps, on the right the sitting room (with a beautiful fireplace made of bricks) gives direct access to the kitchen. On the left there is a small winding staircase leading to the bedroom which can be reached alternatively passing from the external stairs. The bedroom has a wrought-iron double bed, a closet and a writing desk with a folding top and from here, climbing down 3 wood steps, the bathroom can be accessed to.
