The entrance is private at ground floor and is in front of a beautiful lawn where there is a wonderful secular oak, under whose shadow you can relax. Climbing up two steps, you can arrive to a wide sitting room with a little fireplace. Here there is a living room area furnished with double sofa bed and a crystal and wrought-iron law table. Climbing down 4 steps and passing from a filled arch there is a pleasant little living room affording direct access to two doors. In front of it, vestige of the old castle, there are two loopholes which face the internal courtyard. The left door takes to a wide bathroom while, on the right side, climbing up 3 steps, there is a wrought-iron double bed bedroom, closet and writing desk. On the right side of the sitting room, through two wonderful brick arches, there is the entrance to the kitchen and from here, climbing up 2 steps, you can reach a wide wrought-iron two single bed bedroom, closet and chest of drawers. From the bedroom, on the left side, there is a door taking to a bathroom (included shower).
Outside the entrance there is a private area furnished with garden table and chairs.
