Nov-Dec: You make your own Extra Virgin Organic olive oil!   In November and December it will be possible to come to the farmhouse for harvesting the olives and producing you own extravirgin, organic olive oil! In a week-end it should be possible, for a family of 2-3 persons, to produce the olive oil necessary for the whole year, an oil of secure origin (you have harvested the olive by yourself!). This possibility, reserved to the guests of the farmhouse holiday resort, shall be integrated by a mini-course on olive cultivation, extra virgin olive oil characteristics, use and tasting.
