Sept-Oct: Wine Making course - you make your own wine!
| | A wine making course of 1 or 2 weeks (at choice) shall be held in the fattoria Giacomo MArengo. The course shall begin with the harvest of grapes made by the participants whoi shall then work in the winery to produce their own wine! The course shall alternate theoretical lessons on vineyards cultivation, wine making and wine tasting, with practical sessions in the winery and in the countryside, to relax moments in the farmhouse holiday resort (swimming pool, tennis, horse back riding, table tennis, excursions in mountain bike).
When the wine shall be ready (indicatively 2 years after the course), the bottles of wine produced by the participants shall be sent to them. |
