This
old farmhouse is part of a large agricultural estate
in the hills around Siena, and after a long period
of renovation, which has beautifully restored the
stone-facing, they have created a country home equipped
with all modern comforts to satisfy even the most
demanding clients. The villa is reached through
a well maintained white road (2 km) and is immersed
in bushes, olive plants and vineyards. The nearest
house is about 2 km away.

On the ground floor, with two entrances -
from the side with the swimming-pool - you
will find the sport/relaxation area with a
gymnasium (travertine marble floor) equipped
with various sports equipments, a beautiful
large Jacuzzi enough for 12-14 people sitting
down, with the possibility of aromas-therapy.
The bedrooms, each of which has its own bath,
are both on the ground floor, and on the first
floor. On the ground floor, reachable from
door that open on the meadow surrounding the
swimming pool, there are a suite, close to
the swimming pool and a large living room,
with several sofa and a beautiful fireplace,
with 3 bedrooms, each with its bathroom. The
living on the ground floor is connected with
the first floor from an internal staircase.
On the first floor, that can be reached by
an internal staircase or from the beautiful
balcony, that offers an amazing view of Siena,
Monte Cetona, the Sienese clays and of the
vineyards, olive grooves and wild bushes of
typical Mediterranean bush that surround the
villa, you will find the large dining-room
with fireplace, the very well-equipped and
functional kitchen, a “lecture”
room and 4 bedrooms, each with its bathroom,
one equipped with a small Jacuzzi. The furnishings,
too, have been very carefully thought-out
in every detail, while maintaining intact
all of the rural feeling of the villa, which
is of Etruscan origin (2700 years old).

kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, and fridge
with freezer, larder, 1 WC with washbasin, a lecture
room and a corridor with 2 twin-bedrooms with bathroom
with shower, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with
shower, one with a Jacuzzi; 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom
with shower. Laundry with washing-machine and dryer.
